White Choc. Mousse (6) people

  • 8 ounces white chocolate
  • 4 tablespoon - orange liquor, such as Grand Marnie
  • 2 Tablespoons of water
  • 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream
  • 2 egg whites



  • In a double boiler melt chocolate liquor and water- stir to blend
  • cool until just warm to the touch
  • next beat cream until soft peaks form
  • FOLD cream into choc. mixture
  • clean bowl - whisk eggs whites until soft peaks form
  • then fold egg whites into choc. mixture
  • chill for 1 hour.
  • scoop into edible bowls
  • top off with edible flowers and fresh mint, :)
