Ingredients
- 8 ounces white chocolate
- 4 tablespoon - orange liquor, such as Grand Marnie
- 2 Tablespoons of water
- 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream
- 2 egg whites
Directions
- In a double boiler melt chocolate liquor and water- stir to blend
- cool until just warm to the touch
- next beat cream until soft peaks form
- FOLD cream into choc. mixture
- clean bowl - whisk eggs whites until soft peaks form
- then fold egg whites into choc. mixture
- chill for 1 hour.
- scoop into edible bowls
- top off with edible flowers and fresh mint, :)
