Ingredients:
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1-1 ½ cup oil (typically olive other oils will flavor
the mayonnaise accordingly)
- ½ tablespoon white vinegar
- ½ tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
For Caesar dressing:
- ½ cup Asiago Cheese
- 1 glove garlic
- 4 anchovies
Equipment needed:
Blend the eggs in the food processor until it is
a light lemon color. Add the oil in a thin stream, allowing the eggs to absorb
the oil before adding more. Season with salt and pepper and add any optional ingredients.
