Winter weather advisory in effect for portions of SE NC

SOUTHEASTERN, NC (WECT) - A Winter weather advisory, for freezing rain and sleet, is in effect for Bladen, Columbus, Pender and Robeson Counties until midnight Saturday.

According to the National Weather Service, a thin glaze is possible on exposed surfaces, which includes vehicles, elevated road surfaces and bridges.
