Marin New York style pizza restaurant Mulberry Street Pizzeria, voted Best Pizza of Marin by Pacific Sun Readers, is now working on a gluten-free menu, which will be unveiled to customers soon.
“Our new gluten-free menu will include pizzas, pastas and soups,” Barbara Rowe of Mulberry Street Pizzeria said. “Stay tuned for more information.”
Due to the success of the pizzeria’s Paint-a-Pizza contest last November and December, Mulberry Street Pizzeria is bringing the contest back in the spring. Middle school students will be able to enter the contest when it opens, and Mulberry Street Pizzeria’s guests will judge the paintings. In the November-December 2012 competition, Mulberry Street Pizzeria awarded the winner one free pizza each month during 2013.
Mulberry Street Pizzeria specializes in homemade pizzas, and offers vegetarian soups that will excite the customer’s appetite. Dough and soups are made fresh daily, while the pizza is topped with Mulberry's award-winning tomato sauce, and finished off with toppings of the customer’s choice. Mulberry Street Pizzeria is open for lunch on Mondays through Fridays, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and for dinner every day.
