WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – There are a lot of great deals this week at the grocery store, all you need is a computer and a printer.

Delly Mellor from Delly's Deals shows us a few things we can get for free at Harris Teeter.  She even shows us how you can find a meal for four for less than $10.

Here are just a list of some freebies:

FREE Food Should Taste Good Tortilla Chips at HT Leland with this printable coupon.  Only$.04 at all other HT stores!

FREE Sunbird Seasoning with this printable coupon (these look really interesting- I saw honey teriyaki, sweet and sour and many other flavors. They are on sale for $.99 and coupon is $.80 and doubles.

FREE Altoids Mints 1.76 oz. at HT Leland with this printable coupon. Only $.14 at all other HT stores.

Pork Chops

Country Crock Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Heinz Gravy

Birds Eye Vegetables/Rice

Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cake

Altoids Mints (you'll need these if eating garlic potatoes  )

Optional: Dr. Pepper 10 (12 pack)- no printable coupon available; used Spring Savings coupon from 3/3rd Sunday paper.

Total Cost: As low as $5.55 (or only $5.00 at HT Leland)  (add the 12 pack soda for $1.74 more). My meal was higher because the garlic potatoes I wanted were out, as well as the type of veggies and rice, but perhaps you'll have better luck!
