The Cleveland Police is investigating two shootings which occurred at a fire station located at 3765 Pearl Road. The most recent incident happened on Jan. 9, 2014 at approximately 8:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with members of the fire department and determined that no one was injured.
Firefighters reported they had just parked a fire vehicle and were exiting the vehicle when they heard two shots fired.
The firefighters did not see a suspect.
One shot went through the front window of the firehouse and exited through a rear window.
The other shot struck the front of a fire truck.
The Scientific Investigation Unit processed the scene.
Another call for shots fired in the area of the firehouse was reported on Jan. 1, 2014, however, no shots were heard upon officer's arrival and no evidence of damage to property or injury to a person was found.
This matter will be further investigated.
