POMPANO BEACH, Fla., June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bitcoin Collect, Inc. (OTCPink:BTCC), formerly Solpower Corporation today announced that FINRA has approved its name and symbol change from Solpower Corporation with symbol SOCR, to Bitcoin Collect with symbol BTCC, as the company prepares to dominate the new virtual currency market that has recently become so popular.  Unavoidable delays have pushed back the effective date several times, stifling the company's ability to put out any real material news that would have an impact, but now that it is fully approved and effective, the company is ready to start making its progress and achievements public.

"We are thrilled that FINRA approved the action, and we can finally really get started." Said the company CEO, Charles Nienstedt, who explained, "Our goal is to totally dominate the Bitcoin space, and make sure that people see Bitcoin as a safe, effective, anonymous virtual electronic currency. Our new platform and our physical gift-card like Bitcoin Collect Cards are going to change the way people pay for products and services across the globe. For the first time you will be able to make online purchases, pay bills, or even donate money in a way that is absolutely one hundred percent anonymous, and I think the public is going to respond dramatically."

Recognizing that the appeal of bitcoin is its anonymity, the company points out that competing Bitcoin wallets are funded with a credit card, bank transfer or PayPal account that ties back to the purchaser. However by purchasing a BCB, or "Bitcoin Collect Bitcard" in a local retail store, you can pay with cash, and use your Bitcoin with absolutely no link to yourself whatsoever. With everyone from Governments to local retail stores tracking every penny you spend, financial privacy seems to be a thing of the past. This Big Brother scenario makes the need for Bitcoin Collect extremely urgent, and that urgent need is what the company feels will propel it to global recognition fairly quickly.
