LOS ANGELES, July 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Viking Cruises Ltd ("Viking") today announced that in connection with its previously announced consent solicitation (the "Consent Solicitation") to approve amendments to the indenture relating to its outstanding 8.50% Senior Notes due 2022 (the "Notes"), that it has increased the cash fee (the "Consent Fee") offered to holders of the Notes who validly consent and do not revoke such consents prior to the Expiration Date (as defined below) to $30.00 per $1,000 principal amount of the Notes.  In addition, Viking has extended the expiration date of the Consent Solicitation to 12:00 p.m., New York City time, on July 16, 2014 (such date and time, as the same may be extended, the "Expiration Date").

Other than the aforementioned increase in the Consent Fee and the extension of the Expiration Date, no terms of the Consent Solicitation have changed.
