TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Strong winds are believed to be the cause of a plane flipping on top of another at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base on Sunday.

A D-M spokesperson confirmed they were F-16s. D-M reported winds gusts of 66 mph on Sunday.
